US Closes Embassy in Kyiv
A Kremlin spokesperson has said Russia's President Vladimir Putin is willing to negotiate with Western leaders, amid fears that Russia plans to invade Ukraine this week. All parties are calling for dialogue, but as James Chater reports, military build-up and drills from both Russia and NATO countries are continuing unabated.
