U.S. Brokers Limited Ceasefire Deals With Russia and Ukraine

The U.S. announced two separate deals with Russia and Ukraine to stop fighting in the Black Sea. Russia has agreed to stop targeting energy facilities in exchange for removing trade barriers on food and fertilizer exports. Ukraine has also pledged to a maritime ceasefire in return for help with prisoner exchanges. But details about when the deal will start and what exactly it will entail are still unknown as the U.S. mediates talks.
