Russia Says It 'Liquidated' 70 Fighters in Border Incursion

The Russian military claims to have killed more than 70 fighters involved in a cross-border incursion in its Belgorod region. Two Russian opposition groups based in Ukraine claimed responsibility for the attack and say they have not suffered any losses.
