Ukraine President Honors Fallen Taiwanese Soldier
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has awarded Tseng Sheng-kuang, a Taiwanese soldier killed while fighting with the Ukrainian army, the country's Order of Courage. Tseng died in battle last November after volunteering to help the country in its fight against Russia's full-scale invasion.
