Taiwan has donated at least US$41 million to help Ukrainians in their country or fleeing the war. Taiwan has also provided equipment and other materials. TaiwanPlus reporter Rik Glauert reports on one crucial hospital in Lviv that has benefited from an ambulance donated by Taiwan.
