U.S. Spy Chief Warns of Prolonged War in Ukraine

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin is preparing for a protracted war in Ukraine, according to the United States’s Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines. The spy chief also warned that the war could easily escalate and become more unpredictable as Ukraine reports that it is gaining ground against Russian forces. Rik Glauert reports.
