Russia, Ukraine Mark WWII Victory Day with Contrasting Speeches

On Victory Day, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the West is to blame for the war in Ukraine and urged Russian troops in the Ukraine’s Donbas to fight on against “Nazis”. But Ukrainian President Zelenskyy said Putin is the aggressor and promised that Ukraine will soon be able to celebrate a second Victory Day — this one marking victory over Russian invaders.
