Russian shelling of the Azovstal steelworks in the Ukrainian port city of Mariupol has resumed after a brief pause for civilian evacuations. After weeks under siege, many Ukrainian soldiers and civilians are still believed to be trapped inside the industrial plant. James Chater reports.
