U.N. Chief Visits Ukraine

U.S. President Joe Biden has proposed spending US$33 billion in military, economic, and humanitarian aide to support Ukraine. However, he has insisted the U.S. is not attacking Russia. It comes after the United Nations Secretary-General promised to do more to support Ukraine in a visit to the country’s capital. Rik Glauert reports.
