Russian Forces Advance in Ukraine as Putin Launches Missile Test

Russians forces on Thursday reportedly gained ground as Putin’s offensives continue in the east and south of Ukraine. This is despite a call from U.N. Secretary General Antonio Guterres for a four-day humanitarian pause in fighting. Meanwhile, U.S. President Joe Biden promised more arms for Ukraine and more sanctions on Russia.
