Sanctions on Russian Economy

Following the reports of Russian atrocities and war crimes in the Ukrainian city of Bucha, north of Kyiv, a new round of sanctions against Moscow are expected to take effect. TaiwanPlus reporter Yin Khvat spoke to Peter Lewis, a financial analyst based in Hong Kong, to discuss the sanctions' impact on Russia as well as on other economies, like Taiwan’s. She began by asking whether sanctions could help bring an end to the war.
