Ukrainian President Calls Attacks on Hospital 'War Crime'

The Ukrainian president has said that Russian attacks on civilian facilities are tantamount to genocide, as Russia’s invasion of his country enters its third week. The WHO has also called for a stop to attacks on all health facilities. But as James Chater reports, while tens of thousands continue to flee, some remaining in the capital are holding on to hope.
