U.S. Climate Envoy Arrives in China for Talks

The U.S. special envoy for climate change, John Kerry, arrived in Beijing on Sunday. He will speak with his counterpart Xie Zhenhua on reducing emissions, curbing deforestation and helping poorer countries. The U.S. and China are the world's biggest emitters of greenhouse gases and have both been struck by extreme weather in recent weeks.
