Turkey's President Reccep Tayyip Erdoğan has won reelection after coming out ahead of his opponent Kemal Kiriçdaroğlu in a runoff vote. Erdoğan has governed Turkey for two decades but has become increasingly authoritarian, cracking down on dissent and civil society.
