Two people were killed when a cargo plane skidded off a runway at Hong Kong International Airport and crashed into a ground vehicle, pushing it into the sea. The plane gave no distress signal and runway conditions were deemed safe at the time. It’s the deadliest accident at the airport in 25 years.
