U.S., U.K. Refuse to Sign Int'l Agreement on AI Chips Development

The U.S. and U.K. have refused to sign an international agreement on AI development at a global summit in Paris. U.S. Vice President JD Vance gave the keynote speech, announcing plans to keep advanced AI development in the U.S., and urging European countries to loosen regulations on AI.
