Tsai to Give Video Address at Copenhagen Democracy Summit

Taiwan's president is set to deliver a keynote by video at this year's Copenhagen Democracy Summit in Denmark. Other key speakers at the two-day event are Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė, former U.S. President Barack Obama, and Taiwan lawmaker Freddy Lim.
