French President Emmanuel Macron formerly began his second term in office this weekend. But what should we expect from his next five years in office? Reporter Rik Glauert spoke to Pierre Goulange, head of the political affairs, press, and communication section of the French Office in Taipei. He began by asking Goulange what the second term would mean for Europe.
