Ukraine’s president has repeatedly urged the United States and NATO to impose a “no-fly zone” to stop Russian planes from carrying out airstrikes. They have so far resisted his calls, mainly because of concerns that it could trigger a wider conflict. Jaime Ocon speaks to Antonina Łuszczykiewicz, a professor at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, to learn more about Washington’s response to Kyiv's calls for more support.
