China Reels from Aftermath of Typhoon Doksuri

Twenty people have been reported dead in China as heavy rains brought by Typhoon Doksuri continue to wreak havoc in the country's northeast. Floods in Beijing and neighboring Hebei Province have downed power lines and damaged roads, prompting the government to allocate around US$15 million for rescue efforts.
