TSMC Founder Morris Chang Receives Civilian Medal for Tech Contributions
President Tsai Ing-wen has awarded TSMC founder Morris Chang the Order of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the second-highest civilian medal in Taiwan, for his contributions to Taiwan's high-tech sector and economic development.
