228 and the Taiwan Independence Movement Abroad
83-year-old Taiwanese activist Strong Chuang was witness to some of the most brutal moments in the country’s history. Based in the US since the 1960s, he has dedicated his life to pushing for Taiwan independence from outside the country. Rik Glauert reports.
