Saldik Fafana: Taiwan's 1st Airman of African Descent
As the first and currently the only person of African descent in Taiwan's military, Air Force Corporal Saldik Fafana shares his story of growing up in a migrant family before training as an aircraft engineer and repairing aircraft engines. Since childhood, people have focused on the color of his skin, but Corporal Fafana has always found ways to overcome difficult situations as he follows his dream of becoming an Air Force pilot.
