Trilateral Security Talks Underway in Taipei
A trilateral security dialogue between Taiwan, the United States and Japan is underway in Taipei. Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe used his speech to warn once more that Japan could be brought into any conflict involving Taiwan and China. James Chater reports.
