Taiwan Military Drills Test Decentralized Strategy, Nighttime Combat
The weeklong, 24-hour Chang Tai No. 19 military drills being held outside Kaohsiung are testing Taiwan’s decentralized response capabilities. For the first time, reservists undergoing a two-week mobilization training are being included.
