Taipei MRT Goes Dog-Friendly for Pet Day
Taipei’s metro system opened its doors to dogs for a special one-day event marking World Pet Day. Pet owners were allowed to bring their dogs on board without carriers or cages, as long as they were kept on a leash, a departure from the usual rules requiring pets to be fully enclosed.
