Farglory Ocean Park Stages Taiwan's Last Dolphin Performance
Taiwan’s last captive dolphin show has concluded, with Farglory Ocean Park in Hualien staging its final performance of “The Legend of the Leaping Waves” on Monday. Once a major tourist draw, dolphin shows have declined in popularity as animal rights awareness has grown. Taiwan now joins countries like Mexico, Costa Rica, and Chile in ending such performances.
