Stranded Pilot Whale Saved on Taiwan’s South Coast
Rescue workers in southern Taiwan have saved a juvenile pilot whale that beached on Pingtung's coast. The emergency team found the short-finned pilot whale still breathing and with a stable heartbeat. The animal has been sent to a rescue center for further monitoring.
