No matter where you live, going to the doctor can be a stressful thing. That may be down to the reason for the visit, but you may also be concerned about the quality of care or the bill you’ll have to pay on the way out. Before a trip to the clinic, though, some people in Taiwan visit temples to pray for good health. That’s despite the healthcare here being one of the world’s best.
