Tens of Thousands Flee Ukraine
Fleeing the Russian invasion, Ukrainians have started arriving in neighboring countries in central Europe. However, some Taiwanese are still stuck in the country. Taiwan doesn’t have a representative office there, and Taiwan’s foreign ministry says that from Friday, Taiwanese living in Ukraine can contact its office in Poland rather than Moscow.
