Former Taiwan VP Chen To Attend Pope Benedict's Funeral
Taiwan will send former Vice President Chen Chien-jen to the funeral of Pope Benedict, set to take place on Thursday. The Vatican is one of only 14 states that has full diplomatic ties with Taiwan, and the only one in Europe.
