On Monday, Taiwan’s Central Epidemic Command Center reported 15 new domestic cases of COVID-19 and 36 new imported ones. After months of no or few community infections in Taiwan, a spate of clusters is raising fears ahead of the weeklong Lunar New Year holiday. Louise Watt reports.
