Ambiguous Borders - Full Documentary
Taiwan’s National Theatre was looking for people with actual diplomatic experience to perform on stage. Former ambassador, David Chien-Kuo Wu, non-profit organization worker, Chiayo Kuo, and musician, Debby Szu-Ya Wang, responded by using drama to tell the story of Taiwan. In the theater, they undergo numerous political conflicts and inner reconciliations, built on mutual acceptance, in an effort to create a microcosm of Taiwan in the international community. As the play tours different countries, the performance becomes like a moving embassy, altering their concept and imagination of national borders.
