Throughout the construction of the 20 offshore wind turbines, we have been exploring the causes of global wind fields. Looking back at the port services of the offshore wind operations base - Taichung Port, it serves as the production, storage, assembly, and transportation hub for offshore wind turbines for various wind farm developers. The understanding of offshore wind power has evolved from ignorance to knowledge, and both local and non-local construction teams have been competing and striving, all with the hope that the port can not only meet hardware requirements but also serve industry chain players based on safety and talent development considerations.
