Taiwanese artist Kristycharay Chu discusses an appreciation of beauty, comparing her collection of old items to the curio boxes of the Chinese Emperors and their miniaturized items. Chu says that the desire to collect comes from our sense of appreciation and a particular perception of beauty. "We all choose our own colors," she says.
