US and EU Officials Upbeat About Ukraine Peace Talks in Berlin
Negotiators from the US, EU and Ukraine are in Berlin to work out the details of a new 20-point peace plan for Russia's war in Ukraine. The US has agreed to provide NATO-like security guarantees, but the issue of defining Ukraine's territory remains unclear.
