Delhi Chokes on Air Pollution

Indian authorities are warning that the pollution in and around the country's capital could spike in the coming days with a change in weather. It comes after India’s top court ordered New Delhi's government to allow staff to work from home, and schools have been shut. As Louise Watt reports, India was one of the countries that watered down a pledge to phase out coal at the Glasgow COP26 climate summit.
