Climate Change Puts Strain on South Korea's Kimchi Cabbage Farmers

Climate change is threatening South Korea's home-grown kimchi cabbage production. Agricultural think tanks predict the country's highlands, which produce nearly all of South Korea's kimchi cabbage, won't be able to grow any cabbage by 2090. Researchers have begun investing in initiatives to create more resilient varieties of kimchi cabbage to combat the affects of climate change.
