Heavy Rain Floods Tokyo, Halting Transport
A record-breaking 100mm of rain in one hour brought Minato City to a standstill, canceling flights at Haneda International Airport and halting a subway line. The Japanese Meteorological Agency is urging caution, as conditions for torrential rains and flash floods are set to continue into Thursday night.
