Japan Begins Releasing Fukushima Wastewater

Japan has begun releasing the first batch of treated wastewater from the Fukushima nuclear plant into the Pacific Ocean. The release has the approval of the U.N.’s nuclear watchdog but has drawn criticism from neighboring Asian countries.
