Wisconsin Christmas Parade Crash
Police in the U.S. state of Wisconsin say they are drawing up charges of intentional homicide against a man who is suspected of plowing an SUV into a Christmas parade, killing at least five people and injuring 48. Authorities said the suspect had been driving away from the scene of a domestic dispute at the time of the crash. Louise Watt reports.
