Actor Alec Baldwin says his heart is broken over the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of his movie Rust. She was killed after Baldwin fired a prop weapon that was loaded with live rounds. Reports have emerged of allegedly unsafe conditions on set in the weeks leading up to the incident.
