China Acting Aggressively Across Indo-Pacific Region: Biden

U.S. President Joe Biden has called out China's “aggressive” posture across the Indo-Pacific region. At the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue Leader's Summit in Delaware, he accused Chinese President Xi Jinping of using diplomacy to aggressively pursue China's interests. Biden also said dialogue is necessary to prevent conflict with China.
