Tesla Recalls 2 Million Electric Cars in the U.S. for Upgrades

Tesla has recalled two million of its vehicles in the U.S. to upgrade their autopilot system. The recall covers almost all of its cars sold in the country, and comes amid concerns about the cars' self-driving system.
