Washington is increasingly scrutinizing the Chinese-owned social media app TikTok over security concerns. The White House has banned it from all government devices. TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew sat through a tough Congress hearing on March 23rd. And the pending RESTRICT Act could ban the app from all devices in the country.
