U.N. Rights Committee Urges Repeal of Hong Kong National Security Law

Top rights experts from the U.N. are urging Hong Kong to repeal a national security law that was imposed by Beijing in 2020. The panel says it is deeply concerned about the overly broad interpretation of the law, and says more than 200 people, including 12 children have been arrested since it came into force.
