Taiwan Talks is at the first-ever war games organized exclusively by Taiwanese think tanks. The driving force behind Taiwan Defense TTX is Huang Huang-Hsiung of the Taipei School of Economics and Political Science Foundation; former ROC Taiwan Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Lee Hsi-Min, who is now at the Center for Peace and Security; and Alexander Huang of the Council on Strategic and Wargaming Studies.
