Exclusive: Enoch Wu and Taiwanese Resilience
In light of the 2022 Taiwan National Day theme of "Building a Resilient Nation," Forward Alliance founder Enoch Wu, listed as a 2022 TIME Magazine Next Leader and former member of Taiwan’s National Security Council, shares with TaiwanTalks how his organization is helping Taiwan to strengthen the country's resilience through awareness and emergency training, one citizen at a time. Wu believes that every Taiwanese citizen can play a part in building a collective response in preparing the island nation for potential conflict, whether from acts of God or from Chinese aggression. Forward Alliance works with local and foreign non-profit organizations, government agencies, and everyday citizens to build a coordinated emergency response network in times of peace and conflict.
