KMT Chair Cheng Li-wun Meets US Lawmakers in Washington, DC
Kuomintang Chair Cheng Li-wun has arrived in Washington, DC for the most closely watched leg of her two-week US trip. On her first full day in the US capital, Cheng met with several members of Congress, including House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Brian Mast. Discussions focused on cross-strait relations, US-Taiwan ties and Taiwan's defense.
