Former Biden Administration Official Tapped as New AIT Chair

Laura Rosenberger, a former Biden administration official on China and Taiwan policy, has been tapped to chair the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), the organization that runs the U.S.'s de facto embassy in Taiwan. She will take over the role as the AIT's U.S.-based head in late March.
